At IMPEL, we don't hide fees in the fine print. Here's what's not included in our management fees so there are no surprises:
Ad spend: Your Google or Meta ad budget is paid directly to the platform, not to us. We manage how it's spent; you control how much you put in.
Domain and hosting: For website projects, small annual fees (typically $15–$50/year for a domain, $10–$30/mo for hosting) apply and are paid separately.
Setup fee: SEO plans include a one-time $199 setup fee that covers your initial audit, keyword research, and account configuration.
Everything else: Strategy, optimization, reporting, and communication are included in your monthly plan.
